Essay

The state of original sources and the studying of this problem in works on history and law have been analyzed, and it has been also shown that the complex studying of corresponding institutes hasn't taken place yet. Taking this circumstance into account the general course of obligations development and the methods of their fulfillment maintenance during the development of Roman Law have been examined. The special material and private guarantees of obligations maintenance have been analyze thoroughly, and a universal method of maintenance, that was the compensation of harm, made with unfulfillment of an agreement has been subjected to analysis.
