The Thesis the work contains a set of theoretical rules of basic perfection of a methodical basis of a selection and substantiation of the technological circuits of erection of superstructures at reconstruction of housing buildings. The practical recommendations for erection of superstructures on reconstruction of housing buildings have been developed. The rules have been used for development of the normative documents, introduction of rational scientific - reasonable technological circuits of erection of superstructures at reconstruction of inhabited buildings in to the design decisions concerning on reconstruction of housing buildings with reception of economic benefit.
