Essay

The dissertation on competition of a scientific degree of the candidate of technical sciences on a specialty 05.23.08 – technology and the organization of industrial and civil construction. – Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture. – Kyiv, 2021. In the dissertation research of the developed methodical maintenance and underlying tools of application of digital-adaptive organizational-technological model for administration of contract construction within the framework of the development project. Scientific significance of supported results in the development of «digital-adapted» (digital) organizational and technological modeling as a component of science «Organization of construction». The proposed format of elements of «models-works» in the image «work-sphere» provides for the autonomous formation and adjustment of various integrated sets of works performed by subcontractors in the development project. The practical significance of the results of work through the elimination of changes and a constructive sieve model to solve the problems of construction development management. Implemented in models and software applications step-by-step and multicriteria approach in the formation and selection of alternative resource-calendar models of contract construction, using the main updated calculation base, improves the ability to take into account the uncertainty of external and internal factors of the construction project production. The scientific novelty of the work is determined by the fact that to reflect the processes of organization of contract construction, which are implemented for the development of development management, it is proposed to improve digital adaptation, organizational and technological model of construction project administration. Innovativeness of parametric-criterion and topological basis of measuring integrated digital-adapted model – gives grounds to evaluate it as an improved apparatus of modeling and general collection of alternative construction organizations, in accordance with the requirements and practical management development. In particular: improved: typological design and parametric content of the network construction model. The proposed format of elements of «models-works» in the image «work-sphere» provides for the autonomous formation and adjustment of various integrated sets of works performed by subcontractors in the development project. Publication of the resource-logistic form of parameters in the form of the element «work-sphere» through the initial and final «event» of the real link to the generalized project budget and graphic investment between the customer and the developer. The diameter of the sphere in the element-work (in relative units of the confidence index) for the use in the warehouse of complex weighing of executive-technological competitiveness of performers by various factors; simple formalized display of the expected level of deviation for a separate set of construction projects, which leads to the execution of works. This indicator of deviation from the planned indicators provides reasonable grounds for the developer to leave or change the organization in the composition of the performers; supported further development: theory and methods of designing network models; theory and methods of applying the principles of fuzzy logic and semantic descriptions in the practice of construction modeling; system of selection of variants of models of the organization of construction. The reliability of the possibility of choosing an alternative is created by the formation of a resource-defined diagram of the construction project and the value of the final rating, which determines the comparative advantages of each of the alternatives over the other; directions and sources of updating, format, composition of parameters and the procedure for calculating resource-calendar modeling of construction projects subject to development management.
