Essay

The dissertation on competition of a scientific degree of the candidate of technical sciences on a specialty 05.23.08 – technology and the organization of industrial and civil building.-Kiev national university of building and architecture. – Kyiv, 2021. The dissertation is devoted to formation of scientific and methodical bases and applied tools concerning the formalized description of models of performance of contract works in the digital environment. In the framework of this study, the content was significantly updated and the possibilities of the theoretical-methodical and applied apparatus of organizational bases for the formation of a competitive strategy of a construction enterprise in the digital environment were significantly expanded. Methodological approaches to organizational and technological modeling and systematic application for modern needs of development management of construction through innovative-ordered VIM-models of a new type are reloaded The resulting methodological apparatus allows the use of BIM-technologies in the organization of construction in fundamentally new positions - not only as a means of graphical and analytical structuring of physical volumes of contract work, but, above all, as a modern basis for variable organizational and technological modeling project and as a tool for managing the cycle and environment of the development project. In forming the analytical basis of the study, it was expedient to direct the vector of improvement of these models in the direction from single-purpose to multi-purpose, from deterministic to deterministic-stochastic, from model type "worc-arc" (robot-arc) to model synthetic type "worc & matrix" "work & top". The graph-analytical and digital space and organizational-technological modeling of the cycle of the construction two-project project are developed and substantiated. In contrast to the traditional use of BIM-technologies in this work, BIM- and related digital technologies are used together to present a holistic model of the life cycle of a construction development project. At the same time, the structuring of stages and works in construction projects is carried out not by technological content and sections of design and estimate documentation, but by consolidated sets of works given to a certain organization and regulated by relevant tripartite "subcontract agreements" between customer, developer and contractor. The proposed BIM-model integrates the information space of organizational and technological features of contract construction works. This allows you to create an analytical and informational, material and technological database of the contractor organization for the effective use of BIM tools will be possible only if the technology is implemented at all levels of government, namely :. strategic - the level of responsibility of management; operational - the level of responsibility of engineering and technical workers; to form a BIM-standard - a basic document or package of documents governing all major business processes of information modeling in the project organization. It should be formed in all construction organizations that are moving to information modeling technology. The model is implemented in a multidimensional analytical space, which is implemented in the form of an artificially integrated "synthetic" BIM-network, which combines the features of the BIM-model with decision-making tools based on "geometric econometrics". The constructive element of the created model is a BIM-description, which includes: visual-graphic model of a part of the object (building or structure), which is the object of activity of a certain subcontractor, graph-morphological fragment of the element-work -technological and administrative parameters, some of which are strictly determined (regulatory), and the rest are adjusted and subject to clarification and subsequent changes after assessing the reliability of the responsible executor by the developer.
