On the basis of the analysis of scientific literature on the problems of value, entity and social entity of state the dissertation makes a research into general natural laws of the formation, manifestation and development of value properties of state in the conditions of making of a legal social state. It is supported by a number of provisions concerning categorical-methodological principles of the research of the state value, it makes an attempt to formulate some natural laws of making, manifestation and development of value properties of state, outlines the main trends of further research of state value in the framework of the science of General Theory of State and Law, researches into the value of state in the aspect of its entity analysis
