In 127 patients is devoted to analysis of clinical, structurally-functional and sychophysiological changes at posttraumatic cerebral arachnoidites (diffuse, convexsxitale and basal localization), accompanied by vegetative-vascular paroxysms on sympatico-adrenal, vagoinsuline or blended phylum; to developing a pharmaceutical reflexotherapeutic method of treatment for the given pathology; to deducing of some prognostic criteria for originating of paroxysms. A mathematics model of dependence of duration and frequency of vegetative paroxysms from treatment is offered.
