Clinical, biochemical methods for proteolytic enzymes and their inhibitors detection, investigation of morphology, cytochemistry electronnomicroscopy and statistics were used as well. There was found new pathogenesis aspects which lead to development of lung injury under emergency conditions. There was grounded the conception of one way changes of components of proteinase inhibitors system in different regions of the body. In experimental studies there was found perspective approach of prevention and treatment broncho-lung complications under shock, emergency conditions and urgent surgery which includes mutual administration proteinase inhibitor and antioxida nt of flavonoid group The field of application - health protection.
