Gan'ba B. System approach and its application in investigation of Ukraine as democratic, social, juridical power

Dissertation is devoted to problems of system approach application during investigation of power - law phenomena and in first place the main constitutional features of modern Ukrainian power, as well as system cunestigation of principal characteristics of democratic, social, juridical power as complex system composition. The problems also are investigated connected with peculiarities of categories determination of system approach for scientific research of coruplex social systems of power - law meaning including and system of principal power features. Modern processes having place in Ukrainian society and power determine the necessity of deep system correction installation, zones of mutual inference and other main principal features of Ukrainian power, which is extremely, actual for resolution of theoretical and practical problems of modern Ukrainian power construction. Author formulated the peculiarities and conditions for building of democratic social and juridical power in their system connection, t he development of mentioned features in Ukrainian social space is analyzed and approved. The main results of investigation found their application in author propositions concerning the development of power-building process in connection with Constitution of Ukraine requirements.
