The is criminological analysis of informal regulations military men in the Armed Forces of Ukraine without in the candidete's thesis (Art.406 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). We made the research of the criminological features of the information; that this kind of offtence prevails and defines the level of violent crimes in the structure of military criminality. The negative dynamics of the dangerously big specific gravity of the convicted to the informal regulations persons, which made serious results, and the specific gravity of the convicted to criminal actions persons raises.
