Dissertation is dedicated to a significant update oncological problem - research of peculiarities of the development of endogenous intoxication syndrom in experiment and clinics. Complex exsperimental studies of lipid peroxide oxidation as one of the main mechanisms of the cellular membrane lesion in tumor growth were conducted and interrelationof this process with the surgical and cytostatic treatment assessed. Mechanisms of the course of lipid peroxide oxidation and a mathematical model of the oxidation process were suggested, they corresponding to the results obtained experimentally.
