The dissertation is devoted to improvement of treatment and postoperative rehabilitation of patients with obstructive jaundice by means of using magneto-laser irradiation of blood and enteroabsorbtion. Magneto-laser irradiation and enteroabsorbtion improve adaptative and compensative processes in liver and bile ducts in cases of obstructive jaundice, which was proved with the results of experiments. The new methods of corrective treatment of obstructive jaundice have been worked out and introduced into clinical practice. These results were compared with commonly used methods of obstructive cholestasis correction.
