Smorodyns'kyj V. Judicial Power in Ukraine (general theoretical problems).

This dissertation is devoted to the research of general theoretical problems of formation, functionaries and development of judicial power in the conditions of Rule of law state building in Ukraine. The masterful nature of court system in connection with it legal, legitimate character was proved. The place of judicial power in the system of authority division determined. The masterful character of judicial functions was revealed. The position of judicial practice in the legal system of Ukraine was observed. The classification of judicial interpretation was made in conformity with criterion of its obligatority. Some proposals concerning ways and directions of court law reform were brought up.
