Essay

The results of the treatment of 120 patients were analysed. In experiment the destructive effect of highly dispersive silicon dioxide"Silics"on all of bile stone was determined. It was cultivated a minimally trauma methodology of compound treatment in patients with choledocholithiasis when endoscopic papillosphincterotomy is uneffective. Application of such program allowed to decrease the average the duration of treatment and to avoid the fatality in researching group.
