Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of surgical treatment of of complicated postbulbar duodenal ulcers. A new method of treatment the pathology was developed and applied in practice - transverse posterior post-colonic gastroenteroanastomosis in combination with vagotomy. The particularity of this operation is changing site and direction of anastomosis. This operation has anatomo-physiologic grounding. Sach astomosis provides portion food evacuation and contributes to gastric reservoir function which is proved by X-ray investgation.
