Shytova G. Complex treatment of patient with tuboperitoneal forms of infertility by using laparoscopic surgery

The thesis is devoted to the problem of efficacy increase of laparascopic reconstructive plastic operations in patients with tubopertoneal forms of infertility by using a complex of patogenetically grounded programs of rehabilitation methods at intra- and postoperative stages. Basing on the investigation data there was retrospectively analyzed efficacy of laparoscopic reconstructive plastic operations in different forms of tuboperitoneal infertility depending on the type of endosurgical technique, patients' age, infertility duration and presence of additional factors of infertility.The work analyses the clinical efficacy of the worked out and introduced into practice the author's complex method of treatment of patients with tuboperitoneal forms of infertility by using reconstructive plastic operations and rehabilitation methods directed at reduction of the rate of postoperative adhesions, reocclusion of the tubes and increase of reproductive results.
