The significance of Helicobacterium infection influences etiology and patfiogenesis of human being duodenal ulcer disease and experimentally immobilized ulcers of rats has been in vestigated. It has been established as follows. Two abnormalities have been observed with the rats, been subject to 12 hour immobilization-punctuated hemorrhage and fracture of the mucous membrane of stomach of cardiac part predominantly. It has been cleared up that Helicobacterium infection is absent on me mucous membrane of stomach of the rats having ulcers immobilized experimentally. It has been cleared up that tile process of ulcer formation in duodenum bulb of a human being depends on the degree of semination of the mucous membrane of stomach with HP infection and topography of HP infection spreading. It has been demonstrated that the degree of HP infection semination influences me acidity of gastric juices level.
