Essay

Especialy of the structural and functional changes of myocardium in patients with essential hypertension (EH) and neurocirculatory distonia (NCD) of hypertensive type were investigated in thesis. It was established that the formation of left ventricular relaxation distur-bances begins under NCD Early functional changes of myocardium in the patients with I stages of EH and NCD are accompanied by the worsening of the exercise tolerance. The indices of the differential diagnostics of the I stage EH and NCD of hypertensive type in the patients younger of 25 years old were elaborate.
