The dissertation is devoted to the incriase of efficiency of the restorative the restorative treatment of psychological speech disorders in children which occured due to perinatal encephalopathy by means of early application of a low-freguency electrical stimulation (in the first 2 years of life) of impellent points of fine motor function in the hand (LFES) on the background of complex traditional therapy.It has been found, that LFES positively influenced the processes of formation and development of the second signal system in the postnatal ontogenesis and the processes of cerebral electrogenesis maturing in the distant period, improving considerably psychological speech development of the child. The treatment pattern of psychological speech disorders with the help of LFES is suggested, it is adapted to the early age of patients, and a modified pattern of a quantitative estimation has also been suggested for the results of psychometric examination of children with the help of development index, which has been used for the first time for the definition of efficiency in restorative treatment.
