The thesis gives a scientific explanation of the system of diagnostics and treatment of damages of bare-bone skull firmament integuments based on differentiating approach to the surgical treatment of different degrees of osteonecrosis. The given methods for diagnostics and treatment of damages of bare-bone skull firmament integuments helped to improve the functional results of the treatment on 33,3%, achieved the decrease in number of complications on 1,7 and shorten the length of the treatment period on 1,4. The high effectiveness of such treatment process proves the necessity of its being adopted and widely used.
