The results of studying of spreading, peculiarities of passing of climax syndrome of women during premensuspause taking info account clinic forms, level of suffering, level of changing in vegetative-hormonic-humorral complex, represented by sympathic-adrenal and hypophesis-ovary systems are presented in this paper. Depending on metabolic indexes, clinic symptoms, the algorhythm of therapeutic correction of climax disorders has been elaborated. The differential therapy of variants methods (homoeopathic and hormones preparations, heterothopic transplantation crioconserved placental tissue) has been carried out. It showed high efficiency in case of pathogenetic appliance.
