Garmish O. Intensive care and increasing efficacy of kidney defense in patients with surgery treatment of urosepsis (clinical-experimental investigation)

Patients with urosepsis and animals with experimental urosepsis. The aim of investigation is experimental grounding and introduction into clinical practice the technology of intensive care in patients with urosepsis with using of PERFTORAN in complex antyischemic kidney defense. Сlinical, biochemical, functional, morphologic, statistic methods were used. There was grounded effectivity PERFTORAN in patients with urosespsis. Neccessity of antyischemic kidney defense in order to recover of renal blood flow, decrease of tissue hypoxia and reperfusion renal injury under septic condition. There was proved that PERFTORAN administration leads to the back development of system inflammatory response syndrome, faster recovery of kidneys functional state, cardio-vascular system and vegetative nervous system, decreasing of nephrectomy level.
