The system of parameters which describes the properties of electrical activity and effect of accommodation of isolated CA1 hippocampal neurones was developed on basis of accommodation characteristics. It is revealed that pilocarpine influence on accommodation of isolated hippocampal neurons can include two mechanisms: the decrease of an accommodation in group of interneurones and lowering of inactivation threshold of impulse activity of all types of neurons.
