Moskalenko A. The Development of pedagogical communicative skills in the system of postgraduate education.

The Thesis is a study of the problem of the development of professional competence of the teachers of special subjects in the institutions of vocational vocation and training in the system of the postgraduate education. The laws of the development of communicative skills were discovered; modern philosophical, psychological, pedagogical and methodological literature which was used for investigating the problem was analyzed. The model of conducting pedagogical communication in the process of postgraduate education was learned and researched due to lots of experiments, the criteria of the evaluation of the communicative skills were formed, the interaction of different educational methods was found-out. It promotes the succession of mastering the pedagogical communicative skills. It was concluded that personal need of every teacher, the activity of methodologists the officials of the educational establishments and common activity of the participants of the pedagogical process promote the growth of the d evelopment of the pedagogical communicative skills. The developing of the pedagogical skills is depending on the sequence of different factors. The more successful are the ways and methods having been researched the more successful is the teacher's level of the related skills. The higher is the evaluation of the pedagogical communication the better is the teacher's communicative competence in the professional activity.
