We analized past history, somatic state, psycho-emotional state, social state, pregnancy course, labor, puerperal period, neonate state at pregnant women in age aspect. We found out the main factors of perinatal pathology of young and mature first-laborers. We worked out the special program of the pregnancy control. This program is based on early revealing perinatal risk factors of young and mature pregnans women, timely doing the diagnostic, medical and prophylactic actions. This program allows to concentrate the efforts of gynecologists for reducing the perinatal diseases and mortinatality and for forming the healthy nation.
