Novykova O. Becoming of lactation and qualitative structure of milk for the women with diseases of thyreoid gland

Complex clinical laboratory investigation pregnant with diffuse toxic struma (80) and hypothyroidism (65), and also 30 healthy pregnant was carried out with the purpose of studying in postnatal period of lactation's becoming and qualitative structure of milk, development of methods of correction and preventive of the revealed infringements. With the help clinical laboratory, functional, biochemical, imunological methods of research essential differences of character of lactation at women with pathology of thyroid gland are established. The expediency of early applying newborn to a breast of mother is proved. For normalization of lactation at women with lactation It was recommended to include protein-vitamin drugs "Femylak-2" in the scheme of prevent and treatment of lactations disorders at women with diffuse toxic struma. For normalization of lactation and improvement of qualitative structure of milk at women with hypothyroidism it is necessary to carry out treatment by thyreidinum and "Marinid" which containing iodine. The offered treatment scheme of lactation disorders was introduced into practice of obstetrical department of Kharkov, that has allowed to lower frequency of lactation disorders and to increase duration of chest feeding newborn from women with diseases of thyroid gland.
