Subject of investigation - women with myoma of uterus. Aim of investigation - scientific substantiation and eleboration nev method of preventing bleeding in women afflicted with myoma on the basis of correction of lipid peroxidation, fibrinolysis and proteolysis. Methods of investigation - general clinical, biochemical. Innovation - the state of the system of lipid peroxidation, fibrinolysis and proteolysis in the tissue of the myomatous uterus. A highly nev method of preventing bleeding in women afflicted with myoma has been elaborated in the dissertation on the basis of resolving of established changes. Level of implementation- preventive method has been introduced into practice, information sheet. Field of use - gynaecology.
