Essay

The technique and algorithm of definition of a lesion attachment points is designed. It enable to determine probable attachment points at any values of bank angles both pitch and initial position of the lightning leader. The algorithm of optimum arrangement is designed, founded on scalarization of vectorial yardstick of an optimality and Ford-Bellman algorithm of a shortest route in the loaded graph finding is justified.
