MYKhAJLOV O. The dynamic of hemorrhage foci in patients with cerebral stroke.

. Сlinical, CT and biochemical correlations in 128 patients with hemorrhage stroke depending on case course and outcome have been carried out. The opportunity of unequal case course was shown, the cases with fast clinical and structural recourse, complete or satisfactory restoration of broken neurological functions were allocated. The types of reaction of hemostasis on intracerebral hemorrhage were established , the positive influence of increasing nonconjugated hyperbilirubiemia and a-cholesterin in blood was proved, the data concerning activation of lipid peroxidation were given, established connection between changing of lipid peroxidation products concentration and amount of polynuclear leucocytes specifies development of protective compensatory-adaptive reaction for a type of common inflammatory in the sharp period of disease. The prognostic scheme of current and outcome of hemorrhage stroke were developed, the ways of optimization of therapy are marked.
