The Content and the Structure of Legal Consciousness of Population of Ukraine.Focuses on theoretical and empirical aspects of sociological research of legal consciousness, its content and structure. Considers concept of "infra-law" and the related terms, its manifestation in public life of Ukraine, and the formation of different types of legal consciousness on its ground. It is argued that infra-law is a social institution of contemporary society with its positive and negative functions (dysfunctions).The sphere of use are the science investigations and the teaching work.
