Galushchenko G. International treaties of Ukraine on mutual legal assistance in civil matters and internal legislation

The dissertation is devoted to analysis of structure and contents of international treaties of Ukraine on mutual legal assistance in civil matters. As to the structure of the treaties in this field it is suggested a new approach which corresponds to the modern level of practice and the most appropriate. A special attention is paid to the conflict rules in the treaties, determined their special features and on the basis of treaties and internal legislation comparative analysis a concrete proposals for their improvement are set up. While, this dissertation considers not just acting internal conflict rules of Ukraine and some others states but also envisage in drafts, especially in new Civil Code. Is being research separately a problem of empower of the provisions of international treaties of Ukraine on mutual legal assistance in civil matters and their correlation with internal legislation rules.
