Lipid peroxide oxidation processes intensifying has been defined in 92,5 % of patients with atopic dermatitis which has been shown in diene conjugates and malone dialdehyde increase both in serum and erythrocytes. Antioxidant system disturbances have been revealed in 87,8 % of patients with atopic der-matitis which is shown in SH-groups content increase and reduced glutation decrease of vitamins A and E and sexual gormones such as oestradiol and testosteron. One-directed lipid spectrum disturbances in se-rum and erythrocyte membranes have been defined in 84,2 % of patients with atopic dermatitis inform of moderate serum basic lipids content shifts in patients of pubertate age and combined hyperlipidemia as well as phospholipids content decrease in erythrocytes membranes in patie nts of reproductive age. Lipin assignment in patients have allowed to achieve clinical reconvalescence and significant improvement in 75 % of patients, to reduce treatment period by 7,9±0,4 days and to decrease relapse number by 2 times.
