Ajzyatulova E. Diagnosis and Treatment of Hormonal Disorders in Infertile Women Having Had Chlamydial Infection

The thesis is devoted to the diagnosis and treatment of hormonal disorders in infertile women having had inflammation of genitals of chlamydial etiology. The values of hormonal homeostasis and immune status, clinical morphologic structure of ovaries were studied. The fluctuations in the levels of follicle-stimulating and luteinizing hormones, estradiol and progesterone in infertile women having had inflammation of genitals of chlamydial etiology with the period of the process more than three years were revealed. The following changes in the immunologic status were discovered: B-lymphocytosis, increase of levels of circulating immune complexes, alpha-interferon and immunoglobulins A and G, T-cell immune deficiency. The use of tissue therapy having expressed positive influence on all values of hormonal homeostasis and immune status was proved etiopathogenetically. The scheme of the treatment of hormonal disorders using tissue therapy was worked out. It helped to increase ovulation rate to 81 % and pregna ncy rate in infertile women having had chlamydial infection to 42 %.
