The dissertation is devoted to questions of diagnostics and surgical treatment of combined ulcerous lesions of a stomach and duodenum. The morphological charachteristic of stomach mucosa for his type of lesions is investigated.The designed medical and diagnostic algorithm has allowed to increase efficiency of surgical treatment of the patients by combined ulcerous lesions of stomach and duodenum.
