Thesis is devote to The thesis is devoted to creation a modified nylon 6 surgical threads with coverings lending to thread uncapillary and biologically active properties (antimicrobial and fungicidal)and to technology development of their making. Optimum technological modification parameters, influence of covering on capillary, physical and mechanical properties of threads and ability to tying surgical knots were defined. Defined influence of ?-ray sterilization on modifying substances and on properties of modified threads. Set influence of biological environment on modified threads, checked out steadiness to keeping during 2 years.
