Vitrishchak S. Peptidoglycan influence on functional activity of monocytes in experiment

The thesis is dedicated to problems of analysis of staphylococcal peptidoglycan influence on secretory and cytophagous activity of monocytes and their dermatonecrotic activity in experiment in conditions of immune suppression and immune stimulation. Methods of testing - experimental, bacteriological, biochemical, immunological. The contents of cyclical nucleotides in monocytes, prooxydative ability of peptidoglycans, influence on cytophagous activity and phagocytosis of monocytes is established, as well as dose-dependent and genus-specific influence of peptidoglycans on monocytes production of proinflammational cytokines. The pathogenetic approaches to treatment of purulent-inflammatory diseases caused by staphylococci are determined, on the basis of analysis immune-inflammatory potential of peptidoglycans. The obtained data are applied in educational process of 3 medical high schools of Ukraine.
