Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the drug disease (DD) diagnostics enhancing based on erythrocytes (ER) role revealing in its pathogenesis. The decrease of circulating ER population inhomogeneity with their macroforms prevalence as well as ER membranes electrical characteristics and their ion transportation functions changes have been revealed which testifies to erythron system participation in the DD development. The increase of current electrical penetration value in 1.2 times, specific resistance and relative conductivity increase, acid resistance reduction as a result of ER membranes microviscidity and integral density disturbanses have been seen predominantly in patients with DD skin manifestations. The physical and chemical ER properties dependence on allergic reaction manifestations type as well as the main disease type has been establishled
