Essay

The dissertation is devoted to realization of diagnosticability of learning objectives in physics within the system of State Standards of Higher Medical Education (SSHE). The logical and semantical algorithm for identifying the place of particular educational discipline within the SSHE system is proposed. The model of decomposition of learning objectives which are described in SSHE (more exactly - in EQC) into learning objectives of a certain educational discipline is created as well as the methodology of its realization. In its turn, it allows to elaborate and realize step-by-step three new educational programs of the discipline "Biophysics, informatics and medical apparatus" for specialties "Medicine" and "Pediatrics", "Dentistry" and "Medical and Prophylactics Work" which have been approved by Ministry of Public Health of Ukraine and introduced since the 2000/2001 academic year. A diagnostic method - standardized test didactically determined with the learning objectives of the discipline "Biophysics , informatics and medical apparatus" is selected. Methodological recommendations aimed at designing a standardized testing examination on the discipline "Biophysics, informatics and medical apparatus" (regarding its planning stage) are carried out.
