Essay

The object of investigation is professional - pedagogical preparation the school teacher of the first step. The purpose of the investigation is to justify theoretically and to develop a system of the criterion-oriented tests, to determine an engineering process of its use training-educational process and experimentally to check up influence on productivity the process of shaping professional readiness the teacher of initial classes. The methods of investigation are theoretical, empirical, observation, prognostic, and statistical. The theoretical results and the novelty rendered concrete an essence of a phenomenon "professional readiness the teacher of initial classes"; the structure is defined, the criteria and indexes are specified; are found out level performance of its display; the experimental process engineering of criteria-correctional work with use of the criterion-oriented testing is developed at study by the students of higher pedagogical school of educational policy "Mathematics". The practic al results and novelty: a system of the criterion-oriented tests on high school educational disciplines of a natural-mathematical direction is developed and their approbation is produced with the purpose of an amplification the effectiveness monitoring of educational reachings the students. Subject and degree of introduction: the substantive provisions, conclusions and methodical recommendations of research are introduced. The efficiency of introduction is high. The area of use is pedagogical, higher establishments of pedagogical formation.
