Osypova T. Formation of professionally directed personality of the future teacher

The object of research - is professional training of the future teachers. The aim of research - is to work out and to test the method of forming of the professionally oriented personality of a future teacher in a group of students and to define the pedagogical conditions of its realization. Methods of research: theoretical,, empirical, statistical. Theoretical result and novelty - first pedagogical conditions of forming professionally oriented personality of a future teacher were defined; the notion "professionally oriented personality of a future teacher" was scientifically grounded and distinguished the model of forming professionally oriented personality of a future teacher; the correlation between the levels of the cohesion of a group of students and between the levels of the formation of professional and personal qualities of the future teachers was revealed. Practical results and novelty - the method of diagnostic of the levels of the formation of professionally oriented personality of a future teacher in the process of organizing of cooperative creative activity of students of Higher Pedagogical Educational Establishment was worked out and tested. The subject of the degree of application: students training method for the first teachers training activity in the health care camp and also a special course "Methods of educational work in health care camp for children" were applied. The efficiency of application is high. The field of use is pedagogic, Higher Education, Establishments, Secondary Schools.
