Essay

Thesis is dedicated to aspects of substantiation of pathogenetic use of Reflexotherapy in treatment of Hypertension.Investigation consisted of two stages. The first stage was the studies of Reflexotherapy influence on vegetative tonus with the utilization of the most frequently used acupoints given this pathology: VB/X1/20, V/VII/10, E/III/9, E/III/36, TR/X/5, MC/IX/6, GI/II/11, GI/II/4. Were examined 40 patients with hypertension and 20 practically healthy which made the control group. In research at large it was registered attainment of harmonious balance of constituents of vegetative tonus (eutonia) in condition of sympaticotonia in outcome. Thus was revealed the normalized effect of acupuncture on vegetative tonus. Effect was mostly observed in the changed unit of vegetative nervous system. There were examined 150 patients on hypertension with neurological reveals (discirculative encephalopaty, residual phenomenon of acute cerebral circulation impairment), which made the main group and 42 patients on hypertension, which made the control group.Instrumental research methods included: tetrapolar chest rheography, rheoencephalography, cardiorythmography with analysis of variability of heart rate and method of reflexodiagnostics (diagnostics after Nakatani and auriculodiagnostics). Biochemical tests included the research of lipid peroxidation activity, antioxidant system, lipid and electrolyte exchange. The results of the investigation make it possible to assert that the use of Reflexotherapy in the given method of complex treatment of patients with hypertension promotes bigger and faster regress of subjective and objective symptoms and results in better effect and reduction of medicamental loading. It was shown that utilization in Reflexotherapy of the certain complex of acupoints /VB/XI/20, V/VII/10, E/III/9, E/III/36, TR/X/5, MC/IX/6, GI/II/11/ render normalized effect on changed vegetative tonus in case of hypertension, what is followed by certain reduction of arterial pressure.Course of Reflexotherapy incl uding suggested acupoints increases adaptive resources and cardiovascular system reserves, reduces tension indices of regulatory system of organism, decreases the activity of adrenoergical influence, enforces baroreflexual influence, increases protective vagal influence on the heart rate. The use of sedative Reflexotherapy method at hypertension with sympaticotonia was grounded. The study showed that under the Reflexotherapy influence in blood plasma and in erythrocytes decreases contents of products of lipid peroxidation, contents of antioxidant system ferments also reduces in connection with improvement of metabolic processes, decreases the general Ca2+ of serum owing to ionized Ca2+ of serum. It was revealed the normalized influence of reflexotherapy on lipid exchange of patients. Complex comparative investigation improved the concept of mechanism of Reflexotherapy activity and make it possible to consider Reflexotherapy not only symptomatic but also pathogenetic method of treatment of the given pathology.
