Nets'ka L. Law status of company limited (civil law aspect).

Legal organization forms of business undertaking - Ltd limited liability company - are investigated in this work. The dissertation represents analyses of historical Ltd liability limited company development, law nature, its peculiarities of organization and established treaty and statute. Problems of ruling and legal regime of the Ltd liability limited, formation and dedication of the statute fund, legal relationship between company and its members are also performed by the author. This work represents the process of liquidation and reorganization of the companies, causes of their bankruptcy. The research is made in a comparative analyses of Ltd limited liability company activities in the following countries: Ukraine, Federal republic of Germany, France, Russian Federation. As a result of the research the author worked out proposals as to improvement of Ukrainian legislation according to private companies.
