Thе dissertation is dedicated to problems of the organization state bodies of Ukraine of the second half of the XVII c. In the process of work there were determined the origin, the structure, the legal regulation of the state governing and the control bodies. There were reconstructed the mectanism of the forming, complement, function and authorities of the bodies of general, regimental and hundred's goverment; definded the state legal, manual of the Ukraine, the form of the state government and political regime. Shecial attention was concentrated on the dinamics of development of the state power and the control bodies. There were revealed the conditions, the state legal results and the importance of this process for the Ukrainian state.
