This dissertation on the base of point experimental investigation of thin intestine wall changes give proof of diagnostic value of ultrasonic criteria for a intestinal obstruction.The systemof point estimation of ultrasonic symptoms for differential diagnostics of mechanical obstruction revelation and functional impassability was worked out. A comparative estimation of roentgenologic and ultrasonic methods informability for intestine obstruction revelation and control over the desease course was carried out. This diagnostic method make it possible (in 97,1% of case) to diagnosticate early stage of acute intestinal obstruction. Early diagnosis and improved treatment allowed to diminish lethality level wish 16,7% to 10,8%.
