Kholod Y. Common police of Russian Empire on the territory of Ukraine in 1862-1905.

The dissertation is devoted to complex study of Common police of Russian Empire on the territory of Ukraine in 1862-1905 development and functioning, legal regulation of its activities, its financial and commanding maintenanсе, main trends of Russian Empire police service activities on the territory of Ukraine provinces, concerning public order protection during the stated period. The author of this work stated that the special place in the system of state organs of imperial Russia had Common police, which was the main tool in conducting social, political acts made by government, that's why police services had a great extend of powers. Peculiarities of Russian Empire police legislation of the XIX century and Common police competence are studied. Tendency of imperial police services development is stаded, its structural elements are analysed, the ways of Common police activity on the territory of Ukraine in the second half of the XIX century - the beginning of the XX century are considered.
