Essay

The dissertation is concerned with prophylaxis and medication problems of premature deliveries and respiratory distress-syndrome in newborns. The objective of the research is to examine possibilities of usage of mother's ultraviolet radiated blood reinfusions at the threat of premature delivery in order to accelerate the fetus surfactant system growth and to establish the optimal number of medication procedures. The present thesis investigates amniotic fluid (L/S, Klements test, liminated trombus and capillary tests, determination of optical fluid density) to determine the efficiency of BUR-therapy (blood ultraviolet radiation) influence upon the fetus surfactant system growth. The estimation of external respiration of premature newborns was made due to Silverman's scale, the estimation of asphyxia degree was made due to pneumography, Patlya's test was made in died newborns. The new medication technique application resulted in betterment of L/S coefficient indexes, Klement's test coefficient indexes, coefficient indexes of optical fluid density, liminated trombus and capillary time. Prolonged pregnancies increased by 1.6 times if compare to application of traditional medication techniques (P<0.05); the cases of RDS (respiratory distress-syndrome) in premature newborns decreased by 1.5 times; perinatal illnesses and death rate of premature newborns dropped by 3 times.
