To engineering of prognostic measure for correction of reproductive health the woman after unilateral ovariectomy or adnexectomy on the basis of clinical, hormonal and tool survey. The erasion of one ovary results in infringement of operation hypothalamo-hypophyso-ovarian of system in 95,3 % of cases, rise anovulation of cycles - in 56,3 %, infringement of metabolic processes - in 21,9 %, there occurs resistant failure of compensator function of the abandoned ovary.
