Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to: psychological-pedagogical argumentation of sources, reasons and conditions of origin and development of conflict situations in secondary school, ways and methods of prophylaxis and constructive solving of negative conflicts in educational process and in the teacher's staff; revealing manifestation of essential differences of constructive and destructive conflicts in teacher's practical activity. It is shown that individuality of psychological characteristics of teacher's conflictness is determined by peculiarities of different levels of teacher's integral individuality, by totality of individual-psycholog and social-psychological indexes. It is revealed that in different conflict interrelations teacher's conflictness manifests different directedness (at other people and at oneself), with corresponding on personality development of schoolchildren, collages and on teacher's selfdevelopment. The anthor confirms the urgency of psychological and pedagogical prinriple accoding to which the development of teachers' dialogue communication and interaction with pupils and their parents is the main way of prophylaxis and lowering of negative conflictness in school educational process.
