Essay

The dissertation deals with theoretical and experimental research of peculiarities of process of adaptation of additional military men to uncommon conditions of activity. Results of research of influence of personality accentuations on efficiency of activity realisation in special situations are presented in the work. Phenomena of behaviour of servicemen, which depend on conditions of ongoing activity (stress, monotony) are considered. The data about dynamics of fluctuations of reliability of persons with some accentuation of character and military specialisation (both sensory and sensornognostical types) are presented and discussed. Possibility of use of the obtained data in programmes of psychological training of military operators is substantiated. The author argues also diagnostical using those data as instruments of professional selection of persons who are able to maintain demanded level of effectiveness in uncommon conditions of professional activity.
