The dissertation thesis is devoted to the development of automated shaping of conjugate helical non-linear surfaces excluding the interference. While researching, the phenomenon of interference generation was thoroughly studied and a graphical method of its elimination was proposed departing from changing the centroid's diameter at the same curvature radius as well as at the initial piece's curvilinear profile given.
