This dissertation is devoted to the elaboration and investigation of flexible manufacturing systems hierarchical models with different semantics of process description at the different levels of hierarchy. The task of flexible manufacturing system functioning intensification on the base of application of the model that contain discrete-event and persistent levels of hierarchy is solved. Algorithms of planing and executing the series of experiments under hierarchical model are proposed. Embedding of main dissertation results let considerably elevate the efficiency of manufacturing processes at the expense of equipment dynamics resources using.
